Author of 19 patents for new treatment methods in urology and andrology. Member of the European, Asian and American. мUrological Associations (EAU, AAU and AUA),. European and International Societies for Sexual Medicine (ESSM and ISSM). Co-author of the textbooks “Male Infertility” and “Clinical Andrology”. Winner of many international andrological competitions and grants.
Professor Knigavko A.V. - leading Ukrainian specialist in implantation of semi-rigid and penile implants. Completed a number of internships in Germany, Poland, Turkey, Mexico and the USA. Installs 65% of 3-component prostheses and 50% of semi-rigid prostheses in Ukraine. Conducts master classes and thematic advanced courses on penile surgery in Ukraine and abroad. Has extensive experience in revision surgery. He has developed a method for installing prostheses with simultaneous or staged enlargement of the penis, which allows not only to restore but even increase the size of the penis during prosthetics. The use of fillers and expanding implants also allows you to achieve maximum circumference of the penis, which allows a man to be proud of both the functionality and the external size of the penis member.

Erectile dysfunction – surgical treatment for the veno-occlusive form of erectile dysfunction, the influence of uropathogens, features of penile prosthesis, development and optimization of surgical treatment of premature ejaculation and other ejaculatory disorders. Optimization of treatment of chronic prostatitis. Surgical and conservative treatment of Peyronie’s disease. Study of factors that can cause male infertility, as well as the influence of mobile phones, organochlorine compounds, antibiotics, opportunistic infections on male fertility.
